Created by Rockpool’s Neil Perry, Trish Richards and David Doyle, Burger Project make seriously good burgers which are healthy and nutritious. The patties are made in-house daily with the finest Australian beef sourced from Cape Grim, Tasmania – home to the purest air in the world.

The burgers share the menu with a host of cracking good, flavour packed, burger related bits and pieces; favourites yet to be realised. Not to mention house made ice creams that will have you begging for more.
