Mango Weiss Bouche
Nothin’ says ‘Aussie Christmas’ better than a tropical mango twist to a Yule log, in the shape of the Opera House. Built with an almond macadamia biscuit base, layered with fresh mango cremeux, vanilla crème chantilly, finished with a yellow condensed milk glaze and decorated with white chocolate sails. Deck the halls this year, Aussie Zumbo style!

Christmas Pudding
Kick open the esky, scoll a beer and soak up the sweet smells of a ‘True Blue’ Christmas in the outback. This Christmas beauty is flavoured with ground cinnamon, mixed spices, raisins, sultanas, currants and apples, soaked in 4 Pines Stout and mixed into our classic Zumbo pudding mix. Get lit with pudding this year.

Gingerbread House
The best part about holidays is deckin’ out the house with Chrissy deco, pluggin’ in the lights and feasting on all things sweet. Our house is built using a classic Zumbo gingerbread recipe with hints of cloves, ginger and cinnamon. It is carefully decorated with royal icing and lollies which is perfect for any house party.

Bounty Bouche
Bring on the sunshine, surf and holidays. We are going coconut crazy with our delectable Bounty Bouche that sits on a coco crunch base with layers of milk chocolate cremeux, coconut paste, coconut crème chantilly and glazed with milk chocolate. Bounce into a tropicana Christmas!
