The Pays-Enabled Prepaid Gift Card will be delivered to your mobile phone via SMS.
Once you have followed the steps to activate, you can make purchases in-store using the mobile’s NFC “tap and go” function.
The Prepaid Gift Card must be activated within the time frame listed and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Pays-Enabled Prepaid Gift Card any unused balance will be forfeited.
If you have been sent an SMS with your activation code, click the link in the text message and follow the prompts.

The card can only be used at the Precinct from where it was issued from.
Your purchase must be equal to, or less than the value on your card otherwise payment will be declined.
If in store you can ask the cashier to 'split' the payment between the value of your Vault card followed by a second payment method.
The cards remaining value can be found in the Vault Payments App.
To transact in store, the card needs to be added to the Apple, Google or Samsung Wallets. Select “Add card to wallet” in the Vault.
